Mail on iPhones

If you are using the default Mail Application on an iPhone, you can follow these instructions to update your e-mail. 

Please note that the instructions we have provided are as up to date as possible and therefore may differ if you have older or slightly different application/software installed than us. Some steps may look/differ slightly.


Step 1:

In the Settings menu, click on Mail.

Step 2:
Click on Accounts.

Step 3:
This menu will show a list of accounts that are used for Mail on your iPhone. Click on your E-Mail Account.

 

Step 4:
Click on Account under the IMAP section like shown below.

 

Step 5:
Ensure that the Host Name under Incoming Mail Server is set to "mail.estage.net" and then click on SMTP underneath Outgoing Mail Server.

 


Step 6:
Click on the primary e-mail server. If there is more than one in the list, the one you need to select is likely to be mail.estage.net, mr08.mycpanelcloud.co.uk, or mail.yourwebsite.co.uk




Step 7:
Ensure that Host Name under Outoging Mail Server is set at mail.estage.net and that "Use SSL" is on, and then press Done. You will be taken back to the screen shown in Step 5, press Done again.


Step 8:
Test that your e-mail account is working by sending a test e-mail.
