Outlook on Mac

If you are using Outlook on a Mac Comptuer or Laptop, you can follow these instructions to update your e-mail. 

Please note that the instructions we have provided are as up to date as possible and therefore may differ if you have older or slightly different application/software installed than us. Some steps may look/differ slightly.

Step 1:

With the Outlook application open, click on “Outlook” which can be found on the menu bar at the top of your screen, and then click on Preferences…

Step 2:

A screen titled “Outlook Preferences” will appear. Click on the Accounts button.

Step 3:

A new screen will appear. On the left hand side of this screen you will be able to see a list which displays all of the accounts that you have on Outlook. Click on the E-Mail Account you need to update.

 

Step 4:

Update the Incoming Server and Outgoing Server boxes, so that they say “mail.estage.net”. Ensure that both of the “Use SSL to connect” boxes are ticked.

 


Step 5:

Close the screens so that you can only see outlook, and then try sending a test e-mail from the e-mail account you have just updated.
